We recognise that group training isn’t for everyone. Whether you prefer to train outside of the scheduled sessions or are following a personalised plan, we’ve got you covered. Our top-quality equipment is available to all members and drop-ins, provided they’re registered on our app. Simply book a “Free Train” slot through the app, with availability listed in advance.

To reach The Core Gym, head towards Holms Lane in North Newbald. The gym is located at YO43 4SS. Follow the signs for the gym, and you’ll find the gym situated within the grounds of Timber Top Farm. Ample parking is available on-site, making it convenient whether you’re driving from nearby towns or further afield.

Memberships

1. Go to The Core Gym website and click on the Sign Up link at the top of the page. This will direct you to the WodBoard registration page specific to The Core Gym.

2. Create Your Account.
On the WodBoard page, fill in your details, including your name, email address, and password. Once completed, click Sign Up to create your account.

3.Activate Your Account.
After registering, check your inbox for an activation email from WodBoard. Open the email and click the activation link to verify your account. This step is required to start booking classes.

4. Download the WodBoard App
For convenience, download the WodBoard app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Log in using your newly created credentials to access The Core Gym’s class schedule on the go.

5. Book a Class
Once logged into the app, browse The Core Gym’s class schedule. Select the class you want to join and confirm your booking. Members can book classes as part of their membership, while drop-ins can make a one-time payment directly through the app.
