COREYOGA is a full-body experience that combines mindful movement with strength and flexibility training. Perfect for all abilities, whether you’re looking for something new to try, to increase flexibility or want to enhance your athletic performance and recovery.
Please bring your own yoga mat and any other equipment you would like to use, such as blocks or straps.
